Our Beach Club Pro Membership provides everything you need to have a great time on and by the water. Beach Club Pro members can ride the wakeboard cable, hire windsurfers, sailing boats, stand up paddle boards, kayaks and even get involved in our awesome fitness classes. Once you are a Beach Club Member these activities are included. 

Our aim is to get you out on the water, whatever your ability, and enjoying yourself.

Windsurf Club Benefits

Windsurf Improvers Clinic - Thursday evening 18:30 - 20:00
Instructor lead coaching sessions every Thursday evening 18:30 - 20:00. Each week will cover a specific topic to help you progress to the next level.

Windsurf Sea Clinics - Sunday 16:00 - 18:00
This is a series of sea focused windsurf training sessions for intermediate windsurfers looking to get out onto the sea. Each weeks clinic has a different focus. There may be some flexibility in the plans to make the most of the prevailing weather conditions.

To help you try out some of the other great sports we offer Beach Club members can get a 75% discount on selected windsurfing, SUP and wake boarding courses.

Pro members get all the benefits of Fitness, SUP and Wakeboard membership. 

Unsupervised Windsurf hire on the sea

Club members with suitable windsurfing experience (RYA Intermediate non planing ability) are able to hire equipment on the sea, within our designated sailing area, when the club is offering safety cover.

From April 12th : Weekends from 1000 - 1815
May : Wed, Thurs, Fri  5pm – 7.15pm, Weekends from 1000 - 1815
June : Wed, Thurs, Fri 1200 - 2015, Weekends from 1000 - 1815
July : Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 1200 - 2015 , Weekends from 1000 - 1815
Aug : Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 1200 - 2015 (1915 from mid Aug), Weekends from 1000 - 1815
Sept : Wed, Thurs, Fri 1200 - 1815, Weekends from 1000 - 1815
Oct : Weekends from 1000 - 1815 Unsupervised Windsurfing HireClub members may also hire on the sea when we do not offer safety cover as long as the hirer is :

•  Are age 18+
•  Are of RYA Intermediate planing ability plus are a confident waterstarter
•  Carry suitable safety equipment including a mobile phone in a waterproof case.
•  A buoyancy aid or harness must be worn
• Personal Accident Insurance for the activity. Sports Cover Direct offer this type of insurance

How Club Works

Lagoon Watersports operates by offering tuition to the public, groups and hire (membership) in multiple activities. Not one activity or element is big enough to sustain the centre on its own. The success of the centre is based on multiple activities balancing the three elements of tuition, groups and hire.

Our success is based on introducing new people to watersports and providing a route for them to practice and progress in multiple watersports.

In practice this means members do not have sole use of the equipment or cables. There are times that you may not be gain access to equipment or cable time you want as it is being used for another part of the operation. We know you want to get out on the water as much as possible and we provide as much availability of equipment, staff and wakeboarding time as possible. But is important to understand the facilities are for the use of a wide range of customers and not just Club Members. Sometimes it may not be possible for you to get your preferred session times.

Wakeboard Booking rules for memberships that include wakeboarding

• Your membership entitles you to book up to 2 wakeboard ride slots per day
• You may only book up to 4 wakeboard ride sessions in advance
• Ride sessions must be booked online
• Additional slots can be booked at a cost of £10 per session - These will be charged on arrival not at the time of booking.
• Cancellations must be made by 10am on the day of your booked session
• There is a £5 hire fee to use our board on the sliders

April : Wed - Sunday from the second weekend in April 
May - end of September 7 days a week 
October - Wed - Sunday plus
November -  Saturdays

How long does my membership last
From Spring 2014 we offer two options :

• 12 months from your joining date. You can pay a one off payment or by 12 payments spread over the year. At the end of the year your payments will stop and your membership end unless you choose to renew.
• You can join for one month. At the end of the month you are free to add additional months.This works really well if you just want to be a member for a short period of time.
