Morning Fit

Come and join our Morning Fit session, designed to get you up and going in the morning.

Sessions are all land based, set in the surroundings of Hove Lagoon and making use of the close proximity to the beach. These classes are focused on cardiovascular fitness, endurance and stamina.

Afterwards grab a hot shower and healthy breakfast in our cafe before heading off on your day!

We will use a variety of equipment in the classes, including:
INDO Boards
ViPR
TRX

Fitness at Lagoon Watersports:
  • Run by REPS qualified Personal Trainers and SUPfit Instructors.
  • Based in the surroundings of Hove Lagoon.
  • Full clubhouse with changing facilities, hot showers and cafe.

INDO Board Class

INDO boards have been used by watersports enthusiasts for many years as a balance trainer, with awesome results.

This class offers an amazing core workout whilst improving balance, co-ordination and strength. Depending on ability we have the option of using the FLO cushion or the INDO roller for the more advanced.

The INDO board is extremely versatile, offering limitless uses. We will combine all manner of exercises on the boards to offer an effective, fun and different workout!

Fitness at Hove Lagoon:
  • Run by REPS qualified Personal Trainer and Indo Board Fitness Instructor
  • Based in the surroundings of Hove Lagoon Park
  • Full clubhouse with changing facilities and Cafe and Ion Chill Out area
Classes that run before 9am must be booked by 9pm on the day before the class.
