I have a question. Recently, I have noticed sites that I compete against in some of my niches ranking at the top, even first and second with poor unrelated high page rank link backs, hence there top rankings. They will buy an expired domain with high page rank and point it to their main site to jump in the rankings. Where can we report this unnatural linking/ ranking? I reported one competitor in the past and within weeks he was back on top with multiple links from unrelated websites. It gets frustrating playing by the rules and watching the black hatters stay on top. A simple subscription to a backlinks watch site gives a pretty clear picture of what they are doing.

Could Google raise the importance of whistle blowing? It might help improve search results and user experience with thousands of publishers watching and reporting the "bad apples". Make a report unfair practice button right on the adsense panel and add a few staff to follow up. All good publishers focus on great content AND keep a close eye on the competition. Just my two cents. Thoughts?
