Policy guidance: For a club or centre to gain Volvo RYA Champion Club status they must have policies in place to ensure that the activities run are carried out in a safe and controlled environment.

About Volvo RYA Champion Clubs: The Volvo RYA Champion Club Programme recognises those sailing clubs with a commitment to youth sailing and race coaching.

Becoming a Volvo RYA Champion Club: The programme aims to encourage young sailors and windsurfers at grassroots level to stay in the sport and learn to compete while encouraging clubs to introduce youngsters to the sport and help

Club and Coach Funding: Youth sailing in England has received a significant funding boost from Sport England.

Club Reports and Incentives: All clubs who benefit from the funding are required to complete a simple report. Clubs who do so are then entered into a Prize Draw to win some fantastic prozes!!
