Key IVR provides payment and data collection services through both telephone and web interfaces. We offer a platform capable of supporting 2,000 concurrent inbound and outbound calls. We process transactions across a range of business sectors, including finance, debt, parking and property management.
Key IVR was formed in 2008 from our previous parent company. We have since developed the IVR platform to offer many industry-leading features and it provides a robust, stable service operating 24 hours a day.
