Partner Programme

If you are looking to offer IVR and web, or outbound messaging services to your customers – Key IVR may have the business model to suit your requirements. We offer two forms of partner programme:

Referrals:

In our referrals programme, we work alongside you to deliver a solution directly to your customer. We create a pricing agreement once the project has been accepted which includes the appropriate levels of commission for you. We will invoice the customer directly each month, and make a payment to you for the difference.

The reseller model is perfect when you want to offer an IVR, web our outbound messaging service, and are happy for your customer to know that this is being handled by a trusted business partner.

White Box:

In the white-box model, your customer will never know that we exist. We provide our service through your company and all of our communication is with you. You agree your pricing model with your customer – which we do not need to be aware of, and our charges are made clear to you – allowing you to apply the appropriate levels of commission before passing these onto your customer.

With white-box customers, our team is made aware of the appropriate contact details to ensure that our service is completely invisible to your customer – allowing you to provide our services as yours. Our marketing team can help provide literature and marketing support where necessary,
