Haha agreed, gotta get a T-shirt!
  • Se@n 3 days ago
Those aren't official shirts. @nirvan said official shirts were coming - so please don't visit cafepress. That money doesn't go to Caine at all.

  • Caine your amazing sweetie Never ever loose your since of play. People do not realize this aspect of us we loose as an adult. this childlike is what connects us to the divine when we shove the child in a box as an adult we have cut our selfs off from god and the universe

  • Wonderful work, Nirvan. It's amazing to me that a kid as young as Caine even knows what an arcade is!

I'm sure I'm like a lot of folks that I'm sure will watch your film - I made these silly arcade games when I was a kid, too... but I was into making pinball machines using toy soldiers and figures as the bumpers/targets and fat pencils as the flippers.

Ah, the days when a simple roll of quarters would light up any kid's eyes.

  •
  • Jonathan Tirrell plus 4 days ago
This is amazing. Cain is going to go far, being a business man at such a young age. Struck my emotions a bit too because when I was about his age I built a claw machine, soda fountain and a candy dispenser out of LEGO (mostly) and charged 5 cents. Of course it only ever made it out of my bedroom for a yard sale or two. I love this story, thanks for sharing.

This video is so powerful because it taps into a common storyline. In archetypal terms, Caine is a magical child who has the ability to see the sacred beauty in everything. Like an alchemist, he turns cardboard boxes into gold. Runs into rouble, but never loses his hope. Imagination, perseverance it has it all. Great video.

I LOVE this for so many reasons. I've also spent a lot of time building things out of cardboard. Watching this reminded me of something that I haven't thought about in years. Bravo, Nirvan, for making this video and more importantly, playing the arcade. Caine is amazing. Bravo, Caine! You seem to be so nice and smart. Keep building things and having fun!
