Hi all, i hope this question isn´t to weird and you can help me out.
We have a weekly sport session at work and, because i joined a few months ago, i was asked to plan out and lead next weeks event for the first time. It´s not mandatory, but most people in my department really enjoy to test out new stuff and whoever is in charge generally puts effort into creating a good experience. It normally consists of a general warmup, a specific warmup or drills and a game at the end. With around 8 to 10 people attending most of the time i thought playing basketball would be a great choice.
The general warmup is no problem but finding basketball specific exercises appropriate for the setting proved to be a bit difficult. I was looking for some routines, preferably with a partner or as a group, but all i found was designed to train and develop techniques in the long run and not really fit for a one and done activity in a casual environment.
I would really apreciate your tips and ideas.
I didn’t even shoot it correctly I just chucked it
I think im gonna stick with basketball for the winter months
