Misha, a non-verbal teen with Down’s Syndrome, didn’t understand why his family had to flee Mariupol this year. To placate him, his mother told him they were travelling to meet John Cena. Cena heard… and went to Amsterdam to oblige. Just brilliant.

Turns out not only @pritipatel misled over UNHCR endorsement but Home Office wrote letters to potential Rwandan deportees telling them the UN agency was "closely involved" in the scheme and had not expressed substantial concerns. This was not correct. theguardian.com/uk-news/2022/j
