This shit just never fucking ends. Next time, can we vote for a prime minister who actually understands the job description?

Feeling exhausted at the end of a long week? Why not liven up your Friday night by accidentally saying “I love you” instead of “thanks” to the startled-looking girl at the Red Rooster drive through?

SA Best MLC is being attacked for being a parent and supporting better abortion laws. I wrote this years ago when my son was born, and I stand by it now.

Craig Kelly’s power isn’t in crossing the floor: it’s in knowing that if Morrison calls him over his batshit posts he’ll just jump to the crazy-embracing bosom of the Nationals and illustrate how impotent the PM actually is in terms of keeping his government in line.

Given that Kelly is a member of the government which he claims is now killing people with COVID does this mean that he's claiming this dark conspiracy goes all the way up to… HIMSELF? Wow. WHAT A TWIST!

The case of the govt grant, a company part owned by a minister, the last federal election, a false declaration to the AEC re: a section 44 breach....ministerial standards, what ministerial standards.

I realise this isn't the #1 takeaway from these press conferences, but I'm inspired by the sheer number of errands all the asymptomatic people spreading COVID-19 apparently manage to carry out in a single day.

Craig Kelly's days are numbered and I reckon Morrison has a cunning plan in place already. It's a very special free screed from my several-times-a-week Patreon column (which is a bargain US $3 a month if you then fancy subscribing).

"According to the papers, the Labor Party are set to knife Albo and replaced him with something more electable in regional QLD, like a lump of coal or a roadsign with bullet holes in it." Those anti-Albo headlines are smelling mighty iffy to me.

I will be forever grateful to Dora The Explorer for teaching me to adopt Swiper's plaintive "oh, *man*" as a charmingly family-friendly alternative to my pre-child-owning exhortation, "OH GODDAMN YOU CUNTMOTHERING SHITFUCKER."

The PM is right. I've lost count of the number of times I've looked at someone misusing money that could be better spent on those who need it and thought 'Cor, I wish I I'd thought of that shameless rort."

Gov: How can we stop these lockdowns caused by quarantine staff causing outbreaks? Everyone: Pay them enough to not need second jobs? Gov: If only there was a solution. Everyone: Just pay them enough to not need second jobs. Gov: Curse this opaque mystery!

There are many, many, MANY reasons why I adore my wife and think she's the greatest human being on the planet, but one giveaway that she was the best happened early in our courtship when she forgot Andrews' name and said "you know, Batfink" and I knew *exactly* who she meant.

"By One Nation hate standards, Rod Culleton always seemed amiably goofy - the senator most likely to pour mustard on an important speech." Is Australia ready for a Q-style conspiracy theory party? Me shuddering at the very thought at m'Patreon.

Just stop & think about this for a minute. Bushfires devastated communities across NSW last summer. The Liberal & National Party Gov's announce $177mil for NSW. Only $2.5m/$177mil goes to non Gov held electorates.
