billy's dad calls him a f*ggot. there are also racist implications in his actions; he tries to keep max away from lucas, and no reason is given other than the implication that it's because he's dark-skinned. (props to the brothers for making a realistic central indiana from the 80's, i guess.) not to mention that in the very first episode, the bullies make fun of lucas's race by calling him midnight.

Gay slurs are used several times throughout the movie, by antagonists.

While the answer is yes, the hate speech portrayed is done so by the antagonist of the episode and he is promptly punched in the face into a hot tub. Likewise, the main characters share their disgust toward that kind of speech. It is there, but it is swiftly punished and denounced.

Out-of-universe, the slur r****ded is used constantly and unapologetically. In-universe, some characters are subject to repeated fantastic" hate speech based on their social caste.

Many human characters use offensive, abusive language towards androids. Comparisons are drawn between this and abuse targeted at real life minorities, most specifically black people.

Countless people on countless occasions are insulted based on/in relation to their appearances, ethnicities, sexualities, religions, mental health, emotional states, voices, social statuses, economic statuses, intelligence, physical disabilities, and much more. Sue Sylvester (a major character) in particular is a horrible person (relentlessly harassing marginalized and mentally ill people in ways tailored to their personal insecurities and traumas, admitting to killing homeless people for fun, on countless occasions verbally using past bullying she received for having a sister with down syndrome as an excuse for everything she does, etc.), yet frequently has mini redemption arcs where people temporarily believe she's a good person.

“T**d” (a slang shortening of R****d) is used twice, both by Miu, and one instance is used to directly describe Gonta, who’s autistic coded, although he doesn’t react to either of these instances. In chapter 4, Gonta is manipulated into killing someone by Kokichi and after his execution, Gonta’s death, gullibility and Naivity is mocked by Kokichi, specifically to antagonise the other characters, simply for the sake of Kokichi’s self-satisfaction.

There is a police shooting where the police try to justify it. Disabled people are made fun of and insulted by doctors and sometimes the disabled people hear this. Jackson is pro cochlear implants and sees them as necessary and says that not getting a child a cochlear implant is abuse/neglect.
