    Despite if CA is pro/anti tech, SF has a wholly separate problem. Failed government experimental policy has created a combinatorial crime spree & drug addiction/distribution machine that is spiraling out of control. Founders offering "support" won't fix this. Policy is broken.

    I thought Democrats believed in science and scientists. I agree with Jason: This follows neither science nor good old common sense. People will move their social life indoors, which is strictly worse than outdoor dining (and obviously, worse for the small businesses impacted)
