Border Force must not be allowed to confiscate phones of asylum seekers and refugees detained in immigration detention. For many detained for 7 years, it is their only means of contact with family and friends.

. how many times do I have to explain to you that ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - LIKE POSSESSING CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION MATERIALS - IS ALREADY ILLEGAL. You know what else is illegal? CONTEMPT OF COURT. Why don’t you try NOT ENGAGING IN YOUR OWN CRIMINAL CONDUCT?

Why don’t you tell the truth ? If someone is sending child abuse materials from their mobile, EXISTING LAWS ALREADY ALLOW YOU TO REMOVE IT. (Oh, btw, your bill would allow you to deny people access to a computer. Or medicine. Or anything else you decided to ban.)

On 13 December 2019, Coleman took indefinite leave for personal reasons. That day, Alan Tudge MP was appointed the acting Minister for Immigration. July 27, 2020, David Coleman announced that the Federal Government will provide $330,000 for road upgrades. What's going on??

I don't get it...Craig Thomson was only suspected of a criminal act & the Fed' police, cameras and celeb journos were camping on his front lawn...Tudge gets accused of a criminal act by a Fed' Court Judge and he swans around a free bird...is there no more justice in this country?

This is not the first time this has happened. Australia is illegally detaining someone because the minister just ignored a court order. CARE ABOUT THIS.

Remember when Sally McManus said she believed in breaking unjust laws - in relation to non-sanctioned strike actions and government MPs lost their collective minds about union thugs trashing the rule of law? Now a minister is literally ignoring a court order and the AG is all 🤷‍♀️

The 2020 trend of Federal Court judges going off at the government for detaining people unnecessarily/unlawfully/excessively has reached EXTRAORDINARY new heights. (I don't capitalise that word lightly!)

“The Minister has engaged in conduct which can only be described as criminal” Whether it’s visa decisions or the purchase of overpriced land, this is a Govt where standards don’t seem to matter & ministers won’t take responsibility for the actions of the departments
