    Read this thread. Many companies are pleasantly surprised by how well things are going right now, it may be much worse when they start bringing people back to the office. "Hybrid" is tough.

    Below is a thread about the future of remote work after the COVID-19 pandemic is over. I predict that remote will go through a trough of sorrow due to hybrid not working out, and most companies will return to being office based. But many all remote companies will see success.

    Very true, and let’s not forget , who has been pioneering fully distributed work for years and had built-in resilience and advantage when COVID struck.

    Twitter and Shopify combined have ~10,000 employees, and their approach to work will ripple through the industry. Just as Intel, HP, and others originally defined how we operated for decades in tech, we'll see a redefinition for the 21st century by new digital companies.
