    We’re making the entrances to an additional 37 regional Victorian towns safer by installing eye-catching signs and road markings. These road markings and striking red, green, and white speed signs will provide a strong visual reminder to drivers that they need to slow down.

    We have painted yellow boxes across some of Melbourne’s busiest intersections, in a trial to reduce the number of cars blocking the intersection. Blocking the intersection creates a safety hazard for all road users. By keeping the yellow box clear, everyone gets a better run!

    There are a concerning number of young drivers in vehicles over 10yrs old - significantly increasing their risk behind the wheel. A lack of safety technology in older vehicles increases the risk of being involved in a crash and provides less protection in the event of an incident

    In March 2020, 11-year old Vincent wrote to his local MP requesting a pedestrian crossing be installed on busy Highbury Road to help kids cross safely. Little things mean a lot. Our will invest $870,000 to install signalised crossing. Well done Vincent & Matt. – Glendal Primary School पर
