Report A Hate Incident

Before reporting to the SPLC, please report hate incidents or crimes to your local law enforcement.

Submitting the incident to the Southern Poverty Law Center using the form below will aid in our work monitoring incidents around the country. Your submission will be kept confidential.

However, the SPLC cannot respond to all submissions. If the matter is urgent, please contact local law enforcement.
