    The Gillard Minority Government passed legislation than any gov in recent history. Minority govs are way better than majority. In a minority all parties and independents build consensus & vote with their conscience rather than towing the party line. Bring it on.

    The have long called for an independent body to investigate death, injury and human rights complaints as a result of police contact. For too long, there has been little external oversight of the investigation by police of serious misconduct by police.
