Todd Bosley (born 1984 in Overland Park, Kansas) is an American actor. Bosley lives in Los Angeles, California.
He is best known for playing the role of Howie in the sitcom Scrubs. He began his acting career a child, having notable roles in Little Giants and Jack alongside actors Rick Moranis and Robin Williams, respectively. As a child actor on television he played a kid, and friend, to Cosmo Kramer in two episodes of the sitcom Seinfeld ("The Foundation" and "The Wait Out"). Todd also played the title role in the 2001 family film Lloyd. He was also seen in the "Blankie Go Bye-Bye" episode of Good Luck Charlie and "iFind Spencer Friends" on iCarly.

Plot: The Draymen Estate has become an urban legend. Amongst the sinister stories of unsavory's locals and brutal violence, several people have apparently gone missing. But even the police won't go there. Enter two naive student filmmakers with a well-meaning plan to make a sympathetic documentary of life on the estate. Plot: It is the early 60s in France. The remaining survivors of the aborted French Foreign Legion have made repeated attempts to kill DeGaulle. The result is that he is the most closely guarded man in the world. As a desperate act, they hire The Jackal, the code name for a hired killer who agrees to kill French President De Gaulle for half a million dollars. We watch his preparations which are so thorough we wonder how he could possibly fail even as we watch the French police attempt to pick up his trail. The situation is historically accurate. There were many such attempts and the film closely follows the plot of the book.

Plot: When Doctor Stanley Norton finds his partner, Doctor Henry Pryor, has been illegally selling drugs to addicts, he dissolves the partnership. Seeking revenge, Pryor accuses Norton of misconduct with Pryor's wife, Helen. The case is reviewed before the General Medical Council and Norton is struck off the register on the false testimony of Vera Kennedy, Pryor's mistress. The case discloses that Norton and Helen love each other and it also publicly reveals Pryor's traffic in drugs and he is sentenced to two years in prison. Helen and Norton migrate to the state of Montana and after dreary years of struggle, under another name, achieves success. He is a famous Park Avenue heart specialist when Pryor, embittered, broken and bent on revenge, gets into Norton's home by a ruse. His game is blackmail and his weapon the fact that Helen is still his lawful wife. Norton goes momentarily mad as he sees his life once more on the brink of ruin. He kills Pryor and then tells his story to his friend, the New York City district attorney, who finally declares that the shooting of Pryor was in self defense.
