    Our prayers are with our Bahamian friends as they confront the aftermath of Hurricane . is assisting U.S. citizens and assets already conducting search and rescue operations, while mobilizes aid to assist the Bahamian government.

    The can only enter into force when ratified by 8 remaining countries. Only then, an international ban on all nuclear tests under the control of an international organisation will apply. Belgium urges those countries to take on the necessary steps towards ratification.
