京都発ライヴカセットより。透明プラスティック・スリーヴ入りの、くり抜いた発泡スチロールにパックされたカセットテープ、という体裁がイカす。札幌 "Banana Moon" にて購入。当時は輸入盤を扱っていた "Disk Up" 以外では、此処が主な自主制作盤の入手先だった。音はというと、良くも悪くも当時らしい内容。此れが "今やるべき事"だったのだ。貴重な処では Dried Cellと デビュー直前のGuernica。前者はEP-4初期、佐藤薫のユニットだったと思う。Throbbing Gristleっぽいが、以外にもZepp "Dazed and confused" かとも思う（笑）。改めてGuernica二人の、特に戸川純の圧倒的な才能に惚れる。

何故かアノFetish RecordsからリリースのUSバンドは1982年とは思えないオルタナティヴ感たっぷりだが、調べるとR.E.M."Radio Free Europe"は1981年だった。でかいアメリカをガンガンどさ回りしてそうな玄人なバンドで、最近ヤフオクで入手したオレには新鮮。なお、Fetish Records絡みでCosey Fanni Tutti (TG) がチョビっと参加。ジャケットはNeville Brody。一世を風靡した彼だがオレは苦手。

何故か年末のノイズ押し。てか今日はイヴじゃん。不健康極まりない。

Side Aはドローン的内容だがSide Bは一転してパーカッシヴ。デジタルパーカッションの音色やヴォーカルエフェクト等、相変わらずのセンスの良さに加えてCoseyのトランペットも最高。

Derek Jarmanが撮った"Psychic Rally in Heaven"は此のライヴ。

尚テープなので曲の特定が困難なためSide AとSide Bの2曲とした。

Derek Jarmanの "Jubilee (1977)" サントラ。A面はパンク。B面はEnoが入っていたりとバラバラ。パンク当時は粗いカラーコピーが蛍光色等と良くデザインに使用されていたが、同様の此のジャケットには、Vivienne Westwoodの"SEX boutique" で働き "Adam And The Ants" のマネージャーだった "Jordan"の写真が映画の衣装のまま使用されている。本盤にて"Suzi Pinns"名義でレゲエバージョン「統べよ、ブリタニア」を歌う彼女は、Johnny RottenやSiouxsie Siouxと共にパンク・アイコンだったのだが今はもう誰も知らない。Facebookで「イイね」は500人ほどだったｗ。Malcolm McLarenにバンドメンバー全員を引き抜かれたが（此れは後のBow Wow Wow）、ソロでバカ売れした"Adam Ant"はどうでもいいが、本編が役者デビューの此頃は、若かりし矢沢の様で酷く格好良いｗ。レアなデビュー前のスジバンが映る本編カットを発見したので、以前ブログでアップした本盤からのシングルと併せてリンクしておく。

「勝手にしやがれ」よりはましなタイトルだが、原題「キャベツの頭を持つ男」→邦題「くたばれキャベツ野郎」。”Melody Nelson”と似た傾向だがレゲエもありより多彩。

アナログは兎に角CDタイトルすら手に入りにくかった10年ほど前に"Cannabis”、”Melody Nelson”、”Love On The Beat”で彼を知り今に至るが、過去リリースされたアルバムCD20枚（未発表含む）BOXが、死後20周年という何が何だかわからない形でリリースされるとは夢にも思わず。二葉百合子じゃないんだから20枚組なんてどうしたら良いのか。

以前アゲた下記2枚シングル、Metal Urbain からの Metal Boys を経て此の "Doctor Mix And The Remix"。彼ら唯一のアルバムだが、Metal Urbain名義で2006年にアルバムをリリースしていると最近知りワロタ。

今となっては冗談なのか分からなくなってしまったバンド名だが、其の名の通り全編カバーである。メンバーの誰よりも多大な貢献をしている「リズムボックス」有りきのバンドだが、（本フォーマットにおいて）初期衝動と自己陶酔で埋め尽くされた馬鹿丸出しの力技は、後にも先にも彼らしか居ない。結果、盲目故にブレない、とは全く頭の下がる思いである。色とレイアウトサイズを変えただけのジャケットも最高。何処にも貼りたくないステッカー付き。
