Twitter for BlackBerry OS

We recently issued an important update to the Twitter for BlackBerry app. We recommend upgrading to the latest version of BlackBerry’s operating system to ensure a successful installation. If you're experiencing any problems with your Twitter app, please upgrade to the newest version. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Twitter Support can troubleshoot any log in issues or Twitter account problems on twitter.com and with our official apps, but we are unable to troubleshoot for the BlackBerry application itself. Below, we've provided a link to the BlackBerry support site to point you in the right direction if you need assistance.

Note: Twitter is not responsible for any issues related to the BlackBerry app specifically and we can only provide support for issues with your Twitter account or log in information. If you are having problems using Twitter in the standard view on your BlackBerry device we cannot troubleshoot for this. In these cases, we suggest you use mobile.twitter.com.
