2017 Maine Agricultural Fairs
Fair season in Maine begins in July. From pie contests to pulling
competitions, these colorful events showcase farm life and animals
and the hardworking people who make their living from the land.

September 22-24 Common Ground Fair – Unity. A celebration of rural life, demonstrations, Maine organic-produced foods and crafts as well as livestock exhibit.
September 24-30 Cumberland Fair – Cumberland Center. Large exhibit halls, midway and livestock exhibits, animal pulling events and harness racing.
October 1-8 Fryeburg Fair – Fryeburg. Maine’s largest agricultural fair. Beautiful setting during the height of foliage season. Exhibit halls, museum, harness racing and livestock shows.
