Jacques Webster (born April 30, 1992), better known by his stage name Travis Scott, stylized as Travi$ Scott, is an American recording artist, music producer, and musician from Houston, Texas. In 2012, Scott signed a record deal with Epic Records. In November of the same year, Scott signed with GOOD Music, as an in-house producer, after appearing on the label's debut compilation album, Cruel Summer (2012). In April 2013, it was announced he signed with T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. He released his first official full-length project, a mixtape titled Owl Pharaoh, on May 21, 2013. He then released his second mixtape Days Before Rodeo on August 18, 2014. His debut album Rodeo was released on September 4, 2015.
Jacques Webster was born on April 30, 1992. He grew up in Missouri City, a suburban area outside Houston and attended Elkins High School. Normally, Scott would stay with his grandmother, while his mother worked for the company Apple, and his father ran his own business. Scott attended the University of Texas at Austin as well as The University of Texas at San Antonio before leaving to fully pursue his music career.
It’s My Way! is the first album by folk singer Buffy Sainte-Marie. Though the album did not chart it proved influential in the folk community. It is most famous for two widely covered folk standards, "Universal Soldier" and "Cod'ine", as well as "Now That the Buffalo's Gone", a lament about the continued confiscation of Indian lands, as evidenced by the building of the Kinzua Dam in about 1964. The cover features a mouthbow, which was to be a trademark of her sound on her first three albums.
Cod'ine was also lyrically altered by Janis Joplin and appears on This is Janis Joplin 1965.
Writing for Allmusic, music critic William Ruhlman gave the album 5 of 5 stars and wrote "This is one of the most scathing topical folk albums ever made... Even decades later, the album's power is moving and disturbing."

Owl Pharaoh is the debut mixtape by American hip hop recording artist Travis Scott. The mixtape was released on May 21, 2013 for free by Grand Hustle Records and Epic Records. The mixtape had gone through various delays before a set date was confirmed by Scott himself, via an interview with DJ Semtex. The mixtape features guest appearances from T.I., Wale, 2 Chainz, Toro y Moi, A$AP Ferg, Theophilus London, Paul Wall, James Fauntleroy and Meek Mill.
In 2011, Scott announced Owl Pharaoh as an 11-track extended play, with 2 bonus tracks. This version was to include songs such as "Lights (Love Sick)", "Analogue" and "That B!tch Crazy". However, this was before Scott was scouted by highly acclaimed rappers and record executives T.I. and Kanye West. After working with the two, respectively, and reconstructing the project, Scott then announced Owl Pharaoh would be released the same month as GOOD Music's Cruel Summer (2012). However, that release did not occur. Scott then once again reworked on the project, and set a new date for February 22, 2013. Again, the project was not released.

While US congressmen are discussing measures to protect Internet freedom worldwide, most American don't know that the US itself has a global spying system called "the Echelon" that monitors all telephone conversations, e-mails and others communication methods of users worldwide.
Look at the red, red changes in the sky
Look at the separation in the borderline
(Don't look here inside)
But don't look at everything here inside
(Here inside)
And be afraid, afraid to speak your mind
It took a moment before I lost myself in here
It took a moment and I could not be found
Again and again and again and again
I see your face in everything
It took a moment, the moment it could not be found
What's with the fascination with the Echelon?
What's with the constant questions that you have this time?
What's with this circumstancial consequence?
(Consequence)
Find oversight before this night will ever rise again
It's all you've got inside your head, better get up and leave instead
It took a moment before I lost myself in here
It took a moment and I could not be found
Again and again and again and again
I see your face in everything
It took a moment, the moment it could not be found
To find ourselves lost here within we need the reasons why
So we take this bridge with the others that will thrive in the great divide
Look at the red, red changes in the sky
Again and again and again and again
I see your face in everything
Again and again and again and again
I see your face in everything
It took a moment before I lost myself in here
It took a moment and I could not be found
Again and again and again and again
I see your face in everything
It took a moment, the moment it could not be found
