The concert pitch is according to the german standart exactly 440 Hz which is used to tune instruments which using this standart note system.

There's been a debate floating around about whether instruments sound better tuned to 440 Hz or 432 Hz. While 440 is the standard tuning (and what the vast majority of songs today are tuned to) there are arguments that 432 is a better, fuller, more natural tuning. There are even extreme theories that 432 has healing properties and todays mainstream 440 usage came about from the Nazis, Illuminati, etc. because it agitates people and causes them to be aggressive.
This video allows you to test yourself to see if you like 440 Hz or 432 Hz better. You won't know which sample is which. Listen to each and see if you like one better than the other or if one feels better to you than the other and draw your own conclusions.
Key Change: A lot of people come into this video with their mind already made up on whether they prefer 440 Hz or 432 Hz. When two samples are played in the same key, it's really easy to tell which is which because the lower sample will always be 432 and higher sample will always be 440. When people know which sample is which, they will often (whether consciously, or subconsciously) select the sample they "know" they prefer. In this video, I want to challenge any preconceived notions you might have. I changed keys to make it difficult to decipher which sample was 440 and which was 432. If you can't tell which frequency is which, my hope is you will be able to truly decide which one you prefer.

Here it is you guys! You be the Judge and let's share this with everybody you know, and let's discuss this Huge Important topic!
What I did was record 3 different short rhythms in 432 Hz tuning and then 440 Hz tuning. The only thing changed in each Case was the tuning of the guitar.
Same guitar, same strings, same tuner, same recording program, same guitar pick, same microphone, and same Digital USB Mixer. Each frequency has a distinct sound for sure, but learning the history of each one was Shocking to say the least.
Please feel free to Google more about the difference and where each one came from. There is no doubt in my mind than Human manipulation has always been around, but this is huge. We all listen to music everyday, and learning the effects of the frequency we play and listen to music to and what it does to the Human mind is crazy!
I'll leave it up to you to decide which sounds better, but please feel free to leave a comment below.
*Interesting side Note: The Tibetan Monks still use the 432 Hz frequency to tune their musical instruments.

The conspiracy of tuning musical instruments has centered around the 440 hz debate. This video will endeavor to spark an important dialogue concerning the medium that influences our souls: music.
********* Three years, 31552 views and 117 comments later I am glad to answer some questions and comments***********
1) The original "Three Little Birds" recording was not played or recorded in 432 hz. I simply put the song through an application that lowered its frequency. The same goes for the opening song by Giannis Parios entitled "Sala Sala Dimotika". They are in fact recorded in 440 hz.
2) To my knowledge the only song in the contemporary era that was originally recorded in 432 hz is Reflekt's "Need To Feel Loved". Listen to this track and you will immediately feel what I was trying to get through to the viewers.
3) Concerning Greek understanding of musical theory, my point was that when philosophers were describing modes in Athens, perhaps maybe they were discussing frequency. Who knows?
4) Although a fun topic to discuss I must warn that this theory was brought to my attention by Lyndon LaRouche. At first I thought that his hypothesis on 432 tuning was brilliant. However I subsequently learned that he was the leader of a political cult, that brainwashed tons of bright university students. LaRouche is dangerous, and capable of blowing your mind with logic, which in turn creates vulnerability in accepting the poisonous part of his rhetoric. Eg: putting a Hitler moustache on US President Barack Obama. Congressman Barney Frank had an opportunity to disclose this cult when he debated a LaRouche nominee in the State of Massachusetts but ultimately never did. The media also failed in exposing this cult who were in fact responsible for getting the tea party riled up before the 2010 election.

A440 (pitch standard)
A440 or A4, which has a frequency of 440 Hz, is the musical note A above middle C and serves as a general tuning standard for musical pitch.
Prior to the standardization on 440 Hz, many countries and organizations followed the Austrian government's 1885 recommendation of 435 Hz, which had also been the French standard since the 1860s. The American music industry reached an informal standard of 440 Hz in 1926, and some began using it in instrument manufacturing. In 1936 the American Standards Association recommended that the A above middle C be tuned to 440 Hz. This standard was taken up by the International Organization for Standardization in 1955 (reaffirmed by them in 1975) as ISO 16. Although not universally accepted, since then it has served as the audio frequency reference for the calibration of acoustic equipment and the tuning of pianos, violins, and other musical instruments.
It is designated A4 in scientific pitch notation because it occurs in the octave that starts with the fourth C key on a standard 88-key piano keyboard. On MIDI, it is note 69.

What I did was record 3 different short rhythms in 432 Hz tuning and then 440 Hz tuning. The only thing changed in each Case was the tuning of the guitar. Same guitar, same strings, same tuner, same recording program, same guitar pick, same microphone, and same Digital USB Mixer. When two samples are played in the same key, it's really easy to tell which is which because the lower sample will always be 432 and higher sample will always be 440. When people know which sample is which, they will often (whether consciously, or subconsciously) select the sample they "know" they prefer. In this video, I want to challenge any preconceived notions you might have. I changed keys to make it difficult to decipher which sample was 440 and which was 432. If you can't tell which frequency is which, my hope is you will be able to truly decide which one you prefer.

3) Concerning Greek understanding of musical theory, my point was that when philosophers were describing modes in Athens, perhaps maybe they were discussing frequency. Who knows?
4) Although a fun topic to discuss I must warn that this theory was brought to my attention by Lyndon LaRouche. At first I thought that his hypothesis on 432 tuning was brilliant. However I subsequently learned that he was the leader of a political cult, that brainwashed tons of bright university students. LaRouche is dangerous, and capable of blowing your mind with logic, which in turn creates vulnerability in accepting the poisonous part of his rhetoric. Eg: putting a Hitler moustache on US President Barack Obama. Congressman Barney Frank had an opportunity to disclose this cult when he debated a LaRouche nominee in the State of Massachusetts but ultimately never did. The media also failed in exposing this cult who were in fact responsible for getting the tea party riled up before the 2010 election.
