All participants to this session will be welcome to join a FREE industry famil/tour of the Central Deborah Goldmine on conclusion of the formalities.

Also you will get to enjoy traditional miner’s pasties as well as scones with jam/cream and tea/coffee. The pasties were often made by the wives of miners and are half meat/vegetable and half apple pie so you get main and dessert all in one! You’ll hear about their significance to the miners. Please allow extra time for this experience.

Returning to Melbourne after a successful edition in Bendigo the event will take place in the main grandstand of the famous Flemington Racecourse on Mon 24 and Tue 25 July 2017.
