Warm northerly winds ahead of a trough are affecting TAS, VIC and NSW. The trough and front are bringing a gusty, mainly dry cooler change to SA, TAS and VIC. A weak low and troughs in the north is still bringing rain and storms to north QLD, eastern NT and northern WA.
