Well, they are both gold medalists! Shaquille O'Neal, 7ft1, poses with 4ft9 Simone Biles at Super Bowl party
As fellow gold medalists they have plenty of things in common.
But height isn't one of them.
Bringing a visual to the term 'height discrepancy', 7ft1 Shaquille O'Neal posed for a shot with 4ft9 Simone Biles over the Super Bowl 51 festivities at Houston's NRG Stadium Sunday.
What's a few feet? Simone Biles posted this shot to social media of herself with Shaquille O'Neal at Super Bowl 51 in Houston on Sunday
In the eye-popping image, the 19-year-old Columbus, Ohio native, who told home Olympic gold last summer, wore a long-sleeved white top, a black skirt with vertical embellishments and black shoe boots.
With an amazing makeup job that highlighted her stunning facial features, the agile gymnast wore earrings and a necklace.
Out and about: Both Shaq and Simone have been present during the weekend's football fun in Houston
The young athlete was snapped at a number of football-related festivities over the Super Bowl weekend, rubbing shoulders with film stars, models and other notable athletes at DirecTV's NOW Super Saturday Night Concert at Houston's Club Nomadic.
O'Neal, 44, wore a grey dress jacket with a checkered blue shirt, a patterned purple tie and denim blue jeans with black sneakers.
Biles burst into national prominence as part of the U.S.'s Final Five gymnastics squad, which also included Gabby Douglas, Aly Raisman, Laurie Hernandez and Madison Kocian.
Good as gold: The teen gymnast dazzled the nation with her masterful performance in Brazil
Real in Rio: Biles' graceful agility fueled the Final Five's fantastic run last summer
Following their athletic achievements at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, the group enjoyed their newfound fame with a slew of media appearances, most notably on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and the TODAY Show.
The four-time NBA champion is a gold medalist himself, having taken home the honors in 1996 as a member of the Dream Team II alongside legends as Karl Malone, John Stockton, David Robinson and Charles Barkley.
Much like Biles' Final Five, Shaq's team dominated, racking up an 8-0 record, and sealing the honors with a 95–69 win over Yugoslavia.
Blue chip: The overpowering big man was a key member of the 1996 U.S. men's Olympic squad
Not his forte: For all of his dominance scoring, rebounding and blocking shots, Shaq averaged a miserable 52.7 percent free throw shooting in his 19-year career
Legend: Shaq was honored by his former team, the Miami Heat, who retired his number 32 in December. The center helped the team capture the NBA championship in 2006
