Think I'll keep it! Russell Crowe decides not to sell his sprawling Finger Wharf apartment despite receiving a $25 MILLION offer

The apartment takes up a whole floor, is 1000 square metres, has seven car spaces and is located in Sydney's upmarket suburb of Woolloomooloo.

Russell paid $14.35m for the complex in 2003 but he was hoping to nearly double his money, asking for up to $30 million.
