A mammoth $450million (£313million) sailing yacht was spotted pulling into Nobiskrug shipyard in Germany yesterday evening to be delivered to her new owner after months of rigorous testing. The 468ft-long vessel, owned by Russian billionaire Andrey Igorevich Melnichenko, was an impressive sight to behold as it sailed into the German Naval Yard in Kiel, north of Hamburg on Friday evening. The impressive superyacht, which was has three 300ft masts standing  taller than Big Ben's tower, was imaginatively named 'Sailing Yacht A' by its owner. Mr Melnichenko hit the headlines back in September when he moored his other £225 million masterpiece, 'Motor Yacht A', on the Thames.

Cesilie Carlton, a 35-year-old American high diver, is seen leaping headfirst from a 55ft high platform aboard the Harmony of the Seas cruise ship as the fast-moving ocean churns past below her. Cesilie, who is also currently a Red Bull cliff diver, has amassed more than 250,000 views on Instagram since the footage was posted last week. The impressive and frankly terrifying video was shot aboard the Harmony of the Seas cruise ship by her colleague, fellow diver Sydney Brown. The cruise ship - the largest passenger liner in the world with a capacity for 5,479 guests - boasts a 2,100-strong crew, of which 20 are performers at the AquaTheater seen in the video.

Obama's dogs Sunny and Bo get used to new home

The former first family's pups, Sunny and Bo, were seen going on a stroll with a new dog walker in Washington. The Obamas moved into their new $4.3m home in D.C. since leaving the White House. The family has only been seen one day since landing in the Caribbean. One of the Portuguese water dogs, Bo was promised to Sasha and Malia if their father won the election.

CCTV footage captured on a stretch of highway in China’s eastern Zhejiang Province shows the motor exit a tunnel before veering off course and crashing into a metal partition. Due to the impact, the saloon rolls four times to the other side of the road with debris flying everywhere.
