Copyright Agency is the peak Australian body for licensing the rights to copy and communicate published material. Copyright Agency was also appointed by the Commonwealth Attorney-General in 1990 to manage the statutory licence in the Copyright Act 1968 for the educational use of text and images across schools and tertiary institutions in Australia.
Copyright Agency offers a range of licences to cover the use of copyright material in businesses. The licences are easy to use and administer, and aim to assist businesses to minimise their risk of copyright infringement.
