And David Gandy, 36, proved that his regime still leaves him looking trim in his flawless fashion choices as he stepped out for a party at London's Serpentine Sackler Gallery on Thursday night.
The handsome model cut a dapper figure in a dark camel coat, which he wore over a black shirt with matching skinny jeans, while attending an exclusive bash to launch the new film series The Performers.

Rounding out his ensemble with a pair of brown boots, the Essex native rocked his signature designer stubble as he mingled with guests at the bash, hosted by Gucci's Marco Bizzarri and GQ's Dylan Jones.
New project The Performers is a collaboration between Gucci and GQ, which will, adoring to the magazine, feature 'a selection of the world's coolest guys taking us on a pilgrimage to unexpected places that have shaped their spirit and vision'.
The first two films in the series will focus on Primal Scream frontman Bobby Gillespie and Michelin-star Italian chef Massimo Bottura, with the remaining three set to be unveiled in April.

In December interview with Men's Fitness, David revealed that he enjoys indulging in burgers, roasts and booze - so long as he knows he can get to the gym to work it off.
The lean model said he takes a simple approach to his exercise regime, adding: I focus on lifting in a high-intensity way, like in circuits.
'I prefer to use free weights, so my workouts are based around dumbbells, barbells or bodyweight moves.'

'One of the important things I say to people is that if you’re not enjoying training then you need to change it to something you do enjoy. It shouldn't be a chore to go to the gym or train.'
However, diet plays a key role in his regime: 'I have always been careful with what I eat, but I do think people would be shocked by how much I eat! But I don’t eat a lot of bad stuff.
'I eat a lot of lean protein, chicken and especially fish, and a lot of vegetables and salads. Protein balls are my go-to snack.

'But I will never shy away from having a good roast dinner or a lean burger – my approach isn’t as strict as people think.'
Talking about his appreciation of alcohol, he added: 'I am a typical English guy so I love my booze: I love a gin and tonic, and love my whisky.
'You can’t eat exactly what you want, but so long as you are getting down the gym and having a good intense session, then you can be a little flexible with the foods you eat.'
