Having a hoot! James Corden can't contain his glee as he's spotted filming scenes for Ocean's Eight in New York for the first time
He's managed to crack America thanks to his his praise-winning slot as the host of CBS's The Late Late Show.
But it seems that James Corden is about to become a true Tinsel Town member, as the British comedian started to film scenes for his first blockbuster role.
Stepping out on the set of Ocean's Eight in New York for the first time, the 38-year-old comedian was in high spirits as he shot scenes for the star-studded crime caper.

James - who has starred in a string of hit TV shows in the UK - looked to be loving every minute of his first day on the set.
Cutting a sharp and stylish figure, the comedian was dressed up in a clean-pressed shirt and tie, trousers and black brogues for his Oceans debut.
With a slick mac thrown on over the top of his tailored garments, the actor and presenter certainly looked the part of a city slicker.

James, who is reportedly playing the role of a nosy insurance investigator, was also seen towing a cumbersome suitcase along the street.
As the cameras started to roll he was seen haranguing his fellow co-star, Richard Armitage, who was walking two large dogs for the purposes of the film.
Richard's character (as of yet unknown) proceeded to give James the cold shoulder.

Last month Deadline revealed that James had landed a part in the star-studded sequel to the Ocean's trilogy.
The website explained that as a group of daring conwomen plan to execute a high-stakes heist, James almost derails plans as he grows suspicious of the group.

The all-star cast includes Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Dakota Fanning, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, Rihanna and Awkwafina among others.
Matt Damon will reprise his role as Linus Caldwell from Ocean's Eleven, Twelve and Thirteen, filmed between 2001 and 2007.
Whilst Sandra also serves as a tie-in to the original Ocean's franchise. She plays the sister of George Clooney's character, Danny Ocean.
