'Tara-Lee' sleeps up to 8 people in the following configuration: 2 queen sized beds, 1 double bed, 1 king single bed, 1 sofa bed. There is also a single fold-away bed in the main bedroom and a fold-away cot.

'Tara-Lee' boasts its original timber flooring, high timber ceilings, open fire-place in the formal dining room, stained glass and patterned glass windows, french doors to the side and rear verandas, original wood-fuel kitchen stove and oven, modern kitchen appliances including gas cooktop, ducted air conditioning throughout, gas heating and a fully-equiped kitchen.

2) Long Weekends: weekend plus 1 night $1,140, plus 2 nights $1,240, plus 3 nights $1,340, plus 4 nights $1,440
3) Two Night Mid-Week: $640
4) Three Night Mid-Week: $740
5) Four Night Mid-Week: $840
6) Five Night Mid-Week: $940
7) Single Weeknights (Sunday through to Thursday): $500 per night
8) Single Weekend Night (Friday or Saturday) or Public Holiday* nights: $600 per night
9) Week (7 nights): $1,540
10) 8 or more nights: rate based on $200 per night
* minimum 2 night stay for public holidays.
A deposit of $300 is payable within 72 hours to secure your booking. The balance of the accommodation fee is payable 7 days prior to your arrival or 30 days prior if paying through Stayz On-Line. Please refer to the booking terms and conditions you will receive upon booking. Payment may be made using Stayz on-line (credit cards accepted) or by direct deposit/transfer. Stunning Property!We absolutely loved our stay at Tara-Lee. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and gave very clear instructions how to coordinate things on the property. The property and yard themselves were beautiful. Everything was well maintained and clean. Loved our stay and would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Great base for exploring.....We stayed at Tara-Lee for four nights to attend a family reunion in the Hunter Valley. It proved a perfect base for us to also explore local wineries, markets and the chocolate fudge factory. The accommodation was well maintained, clean and the owners very customer serviced and friendly. The temperature was in the high 30's so we used the pool extensively. The bbq, pool and garden area were private and well grassed. The house has many living areas so we were able to spread out and those not wanting to enjoy the NRL and AFL grand finals had places to gather. There was plenty of secure off street parking. The house has been extensively restored and the heritage furniture and brick a brack mostly added to the character (the plastic plants and soft toys were not to our liking). Overall a very positive experience. We will definitely rebook and highly recommend Tara-Lee to those wanting a great holiday base.

Comfortable StayA comfortable 2 night stay @ Tara-Lee. Property is close to the main street of Cessnock & walking distance to shopping, restaurants & pubs & a short drive to wineries & various other tourist attractions. I would recommend Tara-Lee to family, friends & clients for a group, family or couple stay & for those who like to holiday with their pooch. Property has all the comforts of home & is clean & well equipped for all, including the pooch. The back verandah, rear yard & pool area is safe & secure for children & dogs & is a very relaxing space. The Owners are a pleasure to deal with & have thought of everything, making your booking, check in & stay a breeze......... only draw back was our stay was not long enough.
