School holidays in NT

The Northern Territory differs slightly to other states & territories in Australia, when it comes to school holidays. Traditionally in most states, schools will break for an average of 2-3 weeks four times per year - but not so in the NT. At the end of term 1 and term 3, school holidays last for just four days. Term 2 and term 4 school holidays then last for several months!

Use the school holidays to visit some classic NT destinations; from Uluru, to Darwin and Kakadu National Park, the family will have a ball in the Northern Territory.
