Leave Your Hat On’ returns to the Caravan Music Club for another huge show in February. This fabulous show pays homage to that reggae-loving working class soul man from Sheffield who could growl it, croon it, or scream it with the very best, Mr Joe Cocker. The show will feature the incredible Nicco Gazzana out front backed up by a hard rocking 12 piece band made up of some of Australia’s finest musicians as well as the stunning Delta Ladies and those crazy Mad Dog Horns.

Since 1978, Graney is generally accompanied by drummer, Clare Moore. The pair have fronted numerous bands including The Moodists (1980 to 1987), The White Buffaloes (1989 to 1990), Coral Snakes (1987 to 1989, 1991 to 1997), The Dave Graney Show (1998 to 2003) , Dave Graney and Clare Moore featuring the Lurid Yellow Mist or Dave Graney and the Lurid Yellow Mist (2004 to 2011) and currently, Dave Graney and the MistLY.

Deeper South is Shane Howard’s journey across the wine-dark sea. He takes to the ocean in imagery and philosophy, meditating on life and love in the pitch and roar of the waves, the depth of the currents, the surface tensions of the seemingly becalmed. For there’s something of a constant battle on the captain’s deck between despairing realism and the power of love.

Ben recorded his album “Boogie for Stu” at Jools Hollands studio (which Jools donated freely) – it is a commemorative album in honour of the late Ian Stewart, family friend and founder of The Rolling Stones , all of whom, along with Jools and P-J Harvey are featured in the CD. It has topped blues and rock ‘n roll charts world wide with proceeds from sales and Ben’s advance going to the British Heart Foundation in Stu’s memory.

Dori Freeman has its own unique sound while also drawing from many different genres.  Freeman says the distinct sound of the record, produced by acclaimed singer/musician Teddy Thompson, came about organically.  “We just wanted it to sound genuine,” she says.  “To be current and sincere.”

This line-up have been performing to sell out venues for 2yrs and with lead singer Creighton, born and raised in Belfast, he brings a tremendous authenticity to the show.

Creighton grew up in Belfast, at the same time and on the same streets as Morrison and he would often watch Van perform live in the early days of his first band “Them” at the Maritime Club in Belfast.

This infamous Spring 1976 Tour saw The Rolling Stones at perhaps their wildest ever. Featuring the classic line-up of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood, Charlie Watts and Bill Wyman with help from Billy Preston, Ollie Brown and Ian Stewart.
The tour saw shows in Germany, Belgium, Scotland, England, Netherlands, France, Spain, Switzerland, Yugoslavia, Austria and even included a headline spot at Knebworth Fair in England.
