Doe B

Glenn Thomas (June 13, 1991 – December 28, 2013), better known by his stage name Doe B, was an American hip hop recording artist from Montgomery, Alabama. He was perhaps best known for being signed to fellow American rapper T.I.'s Atlanta-based record label, Hustle Gang. Thomas was also known for his signature eye patch, the result of a shooting that occurred in 2009. During his career he released several mixtapes, including Trap Life (2012) and Baby Jesus (2013); he was also featured on the 2013 Grand Hustle compilation G.D.O.D. (Get Dough or Die). Thomas was shot and killed on December 28, 2013 at the Centennial Hill Bar & Grill, in his hometown of Montgomery. There have been two posthumous projects, D.O.A.T. 3 (Definition Of A Trapper) and the compilation mixtape Doe B Presents C.B.M.: Choppaz, Brickz & Money, released by Doe B's own label, Cote Block Music.

Musical career

On November 22, 2012, Doe B released his first full-length project, a mixtape titled Trap Life, with Hoodrich Entertainment. The mixtape, which hosted by American disc jockeys DJ Frank White and DJ Scream, includes production from Lex Luger, Zaytoven, M16 and Will-A-Fool, among others.

Stage name

A stage name, also called a screen name, is a pseudonym used by performers and entertainers such as actors, wrestlers, comedians, and musicians.

Motivation to use a stage name

A performer will often take a stage name because his/her real name is considered unattractive, dull, or unintentionally amusing, is difficult to pronounce or spell, has been used by another notable individual, or projects an undesired image. Sometimes a performer adopts a name that is unusual or outlandish to attract attention. Other performers use a stage name in order to retain anonymity. The equivalent concept among writers is called a nom de plume or pen name, while the term ring name is used in professional wrestling. In radio, the term "radio name" or "air name" is used. For example, well-known talk radio host Rush Limbaugh, who now uses his real name, was known under the radio name Jeff Christie in his days as a top-40 disk jockey.

Emile Hirsch

Emile Davenport Hirsch (born March 13, 1985) is an American film actor, whose works include Into the Wild, Lone Survivor, Milk, Prince Avalanche, The Motel Life, Speed Racer and the A&E networks simulcast miniseries Bonnie & Clyde. He began performing in the late 1990s, and became known as a film actor after roles in Lords of Dogtown, The Emperor's Club, The Girl Next Door, Alpha Dog and the Sean Penn-directed film Into the Wild.

Early life

Hirsch was born in Palms, California. His mother, Margaret Esther (née Davenport), is a visual artist and teacher who designed pop-up books, and his father, David M. Hirsch, is an entrepreneur, manager and producer. He has an older sister, Jenny. He is of German-Jewish, English, and Scots-Irish ancestry. Hirsch was raised in Los Angeles, California, and Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he lived with his mother for several years.

Career

Hirsch appeared in many television roles in the late 1990s and early 2000s, including the award-winning Showtime original movie Wild Iris, opposite Laura Linney and Gena Rowlands. Hirsch made his film debut in 2002, in the Jodie Foster-produced The Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys, and alongside Kevin Kline in the Michael Hoffman picture The Emperor's Club.
