Label

A label (as distinct from signage) is a piece of paper, polymer, cloth, metal, or other material affixed to a container or product, on which is written or printed information about the product. Information printed directly on a container or article can also be considered labeling.

Labels have many uses, including providing information on a product's origin, use, shelf-life and disposal, some or all of which may be governed by legislation such as that for food in the UK or USA. Methods of production and attachment to packaging are many and various and may also be subject to internationally recognised standards.

Uses

Labels may be used for any combination of identification, information, warning, instructions for use, environmental advice or advertising. They may be stickers, permanent or temporary labels or printed packaging.

Products

Permanent product identification by a label is commonplace; labels need to remain secure throughout the life of the product. For example, a VIN plate on an automobile must be resistant to heat, oils and tampering; similarly, a food label must endure until the food has been used.

Subscription business model

The subscription business model is a business model where a customer must pay a subscription price to have access to the product/service. The model was pioneered by magazines and newspapers, but is now used by many businesses and websites.

Rather than selling products individually, a subscription sells periodic (monthly or yearly or seasonal) use or access to a product or service, or, in the case of such non-profit organizations as opera companies or symphony orchestras, it sells tickets to the entire run of five to fifteen scheduled performances for an entire season. Thus, a one-time sale of a product can become a recurring sale and can build brand loyalty. It is used for anything where a user is tracked in both a subscribed and unsubscribed status.

Membership fees to some types of organizations, such as trade unions, are also known as subscriptions.

Industries that use this model include mail order book sales clubs and music sales clubs, cable television, satellite television providers with pay-TV channels, satellite radio, telephone companies, cell phone companies, internet providers, software providers, websites (e.g., blogging websites), business solutions providers, financial services firms, fitness clubs, lawn mowing and snowplowing services and pharmaceuticals, as well as the traditional newspapers, magazines and academic journals.

Myrtle Sarrosa

Myrtle Sarrosa (born Myrtle Abigail Porlucas Sarrosa; December 7, 1994) is a Filipina actress, cosplayer, host and recording artist. Sarrosa rose to prominence after being declared the Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition 4 Big Winner. Sarrosa is the Sangguniang Kabataan President in her hometown Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo. Sarrosa is currently managed and under contract to Star Magic, ABS-CBN's home based talent agency where she was launched as one of the Star Magic Angels.

Sarrosa is the Official VJ or Anime Jockey for Hero TV, a court side reporter for ABS-CBN Sports and Action's NCAA Basketball Championship (Philippines) Season 91 and a feature host for the morning show, Umagang Kay Ganda. Sarrosa is also known as one of the eight celebrity performers on the second season of the show, Your Face Sounds Familiar. Sarrosa was named one of the top ten most popular Cosplayers in 2014.

Early life

Myrtle Sarrosa was born to Rodolfo Sarrosa Jr., a Filipino politician and Fatima Porlucas Sarrosa, a Filipina accountant. Sarrosa was born and raised in Iloilo City, Visayas, Philippines with one older sibling. At 14, Sarrosa started participating in Cosplay Conventions and won several awards for cosplaying in the Philippines.

"On It" is a single by American electropunk band Mindless Self Indulgence, released in the U.S. on July 8, 2008. The single reached number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Sales chart.

Hot Chelle Rae (/ˌhɒt ˌʃɛl ˈreɪ/ HOT SHEL RAY) is an American pop rock band formed in Nashville, Tennessee in 2005. The band consists of Ryan Follesé (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Nash Overstreet (lead guitar, backing vocals), and Jamie Follesé (drums). Their debut album, Lovesick Electric, was released on October 27, 2009. They gained widespread attention for their 2011 double platinum single, "Tonight Tonight".

History

2005–2011: Early years

Hot Chelle Rae was formed in 2005, with the meeting between singer-songwriter, Ryan Follesé (born February 16, 1987) and guitarist Nash Overstreet (born January 3, 1986) who were the originally unsigned band Miracle Drug. Later, Overstreet's childhood friend Ian Keaggy (born June 16, 1987) joined the band as bass player. Ryan Follesé's younger brother, Jamie (born December 30, 1991), was then added into the band. Overstreet is the son of country music singer-songwriter Paul Overstreet and the brother of actor Chord Overstreet. The Follesés are the sons of country songwriter Keith Follesé and Keaggy is the son of guitarist Phil Keaggy.
