Donya is the third studio album by Swedish pop singer of Iranian origin Arash Labaf. It was released in 2008.
Ragheb Subhi Alama (Arabic: راغب صبحي علامة born June 7, 1962) is a Lebanese singer, composer, television personality, and philanthropist. Alama began his career in the 1980s when he appeared as a contestant on the talent show broadcast Studio El Fan, on which he received the Platinum Award.
Alama's fame came after Studio El Fan with the release of his debut single "Bukra Byebrom Dulabak" (Your Luck Will Change Tomorrow) followed by yearly albums and number-one hit singles such as "Ya Rait" (I Wish), "'Aan Jad" (Seriously) and "Alby Asheq'ha" (My Heart Adores Her) which was the first Arabic song in history to be made into a music video. Alama continued his success into the 2000s with the release of his chart-topping albums Saharony El Leil (2001), Tab Leh (2003), El Hob El Kebeer (2004) and Baa'sha'ak (2008), the latter which earned the artist the Platinum certification from Virgin Megastores for its record sales. His most recent album Seneen Rayha (2010) saw the artist team with Starbucks for its release and sale, making him the first Arab artist to have his album sold at Starbucks. The Starbucks album Starz Vol. 1 also included a song featuring international pop artist Shakira. He adopted an environmental cause with the album after being named the United Nations Ambassador of Climate Change.
Nancy Nabil Ajram (Arabic: نانسي نبيل عجرم), (born May 16, 1983) is a multi-platinum recording artist and Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF. With the support of her father, Nancy began performing as a child and released her first studio album by the age of 15. Her breakthrough occurred with the start of her collaboration with well-known producer Jiji Lamara, when she released her smash-hit "Akhasmak Ah" and 3rd studio album, Ya Salam. In 2004, she released her second international best-seller "Ah w Noss", which spawned several smash-hits, "Ah w Noss", "Lawn Ouyounak", and "Inta Eih" at which point Nancy had established pop icon status in the Middle East.
Her 2008 album "Bitfakkar Fi Eih" spawned seven singles and won Nancy's first World Music Award as Best-selling Middle Eastern Artist, the youngest Arab WMA winner to date. She has released seven studio albums to date and numerous other chart-topping singles such as "Sehr Ouyouno", "Atabtab", "Moegaba", "Ehsas Jdeed", "El Donya Helwa", "Mashi Haddi", and "Fi Hagat".
Plot
Centers around the lives of Victoria, Zenobia , Clevon, and Phil -- all friends approaching the age of 35 and struggling to build the families they've always dreamed of. While Zenobia (Parker, "Soul Food," "Brown Sugar") is still looking for a man, Victoria (Jones, "Castle," "One on One") is married to a man who doesn't want children. Clevon (comic Hart, "Not Easily Broken," "40 Year-Old Virgin"), meanwhile, is too geeky to get a woman, and Phil (Keith Robinson, "Dreamgirls") is already married with children, but his wife is not very interested in being a mother. All four of them try to rectify their romantic lives and futures while their biological clocks tick away.
