Monday - Chicken chow mein (serves 4)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil- 500g Coles RSPCA Approved Chicken Mince
- 1 brown onion, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 100g broccoli, cut into small florets, halved
- 1 carrot, peeled, halved lengthways, sliced diagonally
- 100g cup mushrooms, thickly sliced
- 1/2 cup (125ml) chicken stock
- 1/3 cup (80ml) oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 440g pkt ready-to-use Singapore noodles
- 1/3 cup (40g) frozen peas
- 200g Chinese cabbage (wombok), chopped
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced diagonally
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
Tuesday
Lamb and orange rocket salad
Sear lamb on the BBQ and serve with orange slices and creamy cheese for a delicious summer salad your guests will love.

- 500g Coles Australian Lamb Leg Steaks
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 120g pkt Coles Australian Baby Rocket
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 oranges, peeled, thinly sliced
- 200g fresh mozzarella or bocconcini, torn
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 400g baby potatoes, unpeeled
- 1/3 cup (80ml) olive oil
- 500g boneless firm white fish fillets
- 1/4 cup dill, coarsely chopped
- 1 long green chilli, seeded, finely chopped

- 2 1/2 cups (175g) breadcrumbs (made from day-old bread)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers, cut into ribbons
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup mint leaves
- 1/2 cup (140g) natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped, extra

- 1/3 cup (55g) Lucky Slivered Almonds & Pine Nuts
- 1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 60g pkt Coles Brand Australian Baby Spinach
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

- 125g drained canned beetroot, liquid reserved
- 100g canned chickpeas, rinsed, drained
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/2 loaf Coles Bakery Turkish Bread
- 30g baby spinach leaves
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers, cut into thin ribbons
- 1/4 cup (70g) Greek-style yoghurt
