This is being done to time the release in such a way as to make it too late for the Democrat Party to replace Hillary as their nominee. The release of these emails will be done in 4 or 5 batches, and will likely mean the complete ruin of the Democrat Party. In another video they claim will be released, "Shows felonies being committed by them (Hillary Campaign), the kind that make voter fraud look like a jay-walking ticket, including "bribes and threats to control media and election officials." These Hackers claim they are the ones who obtained and have already released upwards of ten thousand emails from Hillary Campaign Chairman John Podesta. Those emails have , in fact, been released through Wikileaks and are now in the public realm. The claim being made by the Hackers is simple. Hillary is done.
