Stu Gregor is a chameleon of food and wine. He has written six guides to wine, judged dozens of wine shows and has owned his own wine business for a decade. So he knows a bit about wine. He now also owns a craft distillery which makes Four Pillars Gin – which is now considered one of the 10 best gins in the world (According to the World Spirits Competition, not Stu - he thinks its number one). He is also a food guru, having written reviews for the Good Food Guides in Melbourne and Sydney and worked with many of the best chefs and food producers in Australia through his PR business Liquid Ideas.

Stu also sits on the board of the food rescue charity OzHarvest so he hates wasting food, which is why he is slightly overweight. He’s mad for the Roosters and the Swans.
