Plays of the Week
From spectacular returns to late winners, these are the most exciting, silly and downright crazy plays in the sport world this week.
So, what is it? This is jazzed-up netball - faster, briefer and with more scoring. It's netball's answer to Twenty20 cricket or Sevens Rugby and it's never been held in Australia until now.
Who is playing? National teams from Australia, New Zealand, England, South Africa, Malawi and Jamaica. Each side has a 10-player squad and everyone can be rotated into every game.

What's the format? Every team plays five games which involve four six-minute quarters. Three games on Saturday, three games on Sunday and games flow on from each other like a lightning premiership. The top two teams make the grand final, next two the third and fourth playoff and a fifth and sixth playoff - finals are on Sunday after the last group games.
How many players? We take away the wing attack and wing defence so we have five on five - two shooters, two defenders and a centre per side. The usual positional restrictions apply across the thirds on the court. And unlimited interchanges during games.
What's different? The scoring! Either shooter can launch a shot from anywhere inside their attacking third and get three points. There is a fatter outside circle which earns two points and the usual goal circle where shots are worth one point.
Did someone say power plays? Both teams get a power play for one quarter in which all points are worth double. A coin toss pregame decides which quarter a team will have the power play with the winner picking which quarter they want.
Centre passes? They go to the team that didn't score the previous goal. The pregame coin toss winners get the pass for the first and third quarters, the other sides gets second and final quarters.
When does it start? Saturday's first game is at 1.45pm, last is Australia v New Zealand at 7.45pm. The Sunday session starts at 12.15pm with the grand final ending the tournament at 7.25pm.
