The US views Russia as a competitor to be eliminated at any cost
Vladimir Putin’s chauffeur who died in horror smash ‘was assassinated by Western spies to send a violent message to Russian president’
The presidential BMW was travelling on Kutuzovsky Avenue in the Russian capital when a Mercedes veered from the other side of the road, smashing into it head-on.
Putin was not in the car at the time, though Russian media report that the president’s official driver was killed in the crash.
Medics are said to have arrived quickly on the scene, but the unnamed victim — who had more than 40 years’ driving experience — died instantly.
The presidential car is officially registered as belonging to the Federation Council — Russia’s equivalent of the House of Lords.
Under the title "Did the neocon criminal cabal just send a message to President Vladimir Putin?", The Millennium Report claimed it was an "audacious threat" to Putin.
It went on to claim it was the work of a group of foreign secret service agents who had "proxies" operating inside Moscow.
The online blog claimed the mysterious group pulling the strings would stop at nothing to bring down Putin and his leadership of Russia.
Leonid Reshetnikov is Director of an influential think tank, the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies (RISS), and a retired lieutenant general of Russia's foreign intelligence service.
Andrey Afanasyev: Some experts say that the incident in Syria was not just an effort to provoke Russia, but to involve it in a global conflict. Are today’s American or their elites in favor of this?
Leonid Reshetnikov: We need to take into account that Americans like using well-tested methods. This was the scheme they used in Syria, where they just signed a truce; Russia is busy with elections, no one expects an attack, so they think they’ll probably get away with it: “We’ll see how Russia responds”. They did the same thing in Georgia on August 8, 2008, thinking it would go unnoticed because of the Olympics, and Russia would not dare respond...
There’s nothing surprising here; it’s a typical US Special Services/military job.
I think they mainly want to save their country in its role of Master of the Universe, which they are losing. They feel their weakness better than we do, aware that most countries no longer want to continue as obedient stooges, either morally, or spiritually, or politically.
Now they have the only one option – hit the enemy to show their force – maybe he will back off. This would start with removing our president….

A Tunisian man formerly held in secret United States Central Intelligence Agency custody have described previously unreported methods of torture that shed new light on the earliest days of the CIA program. Lotfi al-Arabi El Gherissi, 52, recounted being severely beaten with batons, threatened with an electric chair, subjected to various forms of water torture, and being chained by his arms to the ceiling of his cell for a long period.
The United States repatriated El Gherissi to Tunisia on June 15, 2015, after 13 years in custody without charges or trial. He was not provided compensation or support for his wrongful detention or the torture he endured, nor was he provided help to cope with the physical and mental harm incurred. Today he is destitute, unable to work, and experiencing the consequences of serious physical and emotional trauma he believes is a direct result of his treatment in US custody.

Central Intelligence Agency
The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is a civilian foreign intelligence service of the U.S. Government, tasked with gathering, processing and analyzing national security information from around the world, primarily through the use of human intelligence (HUMINT). As one of the principal members of the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC), the CIA reports to the Director of National Intelligence and is primarily focused on providing intelligence for the President and his Cabinet.
Unlike the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), which is a domestic security service, CIA has no law enforcement function and is mainly focused on overseas intelligence gathering, with only limited domestic collection. Though it is not the only U.S. government agency specializing in HUMINT, CIA serves as the national manager for coordination and deconfliction of HUMINT activities across the entire intelligence community. Moreover, CIA is the only agency authorized by law to carry out and oversee covert action on behalf of the President, unless the President determines that another agency is better suited for carrying out such action. It can, for example, exert foreign political influence through its tactical divisions, such as the Special Activities Division.

US: Ex-Detainee Describes Unreported CIA Torture
A Tunisian man formerly held in secret United States Central Intelligence Agency custody have described previously unreported methods of torture that shed new light on the earliest days of the CIA program. Lotfi al-Arabi El Gherissi, 52, recounted being severely beaten with batons, threatened with an electric chair, subjected to various forms of water torture, and being chained by his arms to the ceiling of his cell for a long period. The United States repatriated El Gherissi to Tunisia on June 15, 2015, after 13 years in custody without charges or trial. Vladimir Putin’s chauffeur who died in horror smash ‘was assassinated by Western spies to send a violent message to Russian president’

Under the title "Did the neocon criminal cabal just send a message to President Vladimir Putin?", The Millennium Report claimed it was an "audacious threat" to Putin.
It went on to claim it was the work of a group of foreign secret service agents who had "proxies" operating inside Moscow.

There’s nothing surprising here; it’s a typical US Special Services/military job.
I think they mainly want to save their country in its role of Master of the Universe, which they are losing. They feel their weakness better than we do, aware that most countries no longer want to continue as obedient stooges, either morally, or spiritually, or politically.
Now they have the only one option – hit the enemy to show their force – maybe he will back off. This would start with removing our president….

We should have no illusions. Today’s United States of America is interested only in one thing – destroying Russia as a civilizational, geopolitical, military and political rival — as well as an economic rival, with its treasure trove of resources.

Vladimir Putin’s chauffeur who died in horror smash ‘was assassinated by Western spies to send a violent message to Russian president’
The presidential BMW was travelling on Kutuzovsky Avenue in the Russian capital when a Mercedes veered from the other side of the road, smashing into it head-on.
Putin was not in the car at the time, though Russian media report that the president’s official driver was killed in the crash.
Medics are said to have arrived quickly on the scene, but the unnamed victim — who had more than 40 years’ driving experience — died instantly.
The presidential car is officially registered as belonging to the Federation Council — Russia’s equivalent of the House of Lords.
Under the title "Did the neocon criminal cabal just send a message to President Vladimir Putin?", The Millennium Report claimed it was an "audacious threat" to Putin.
It went on to claim it was the work of a group of foreign secret service agents who had "proxies" operating inside Moscow.

A Tunisian man formerly held in secret United States Central Intelligence Agency custody have described previously unreported methods of torture that shed new light on the earliest days of the CIA program. Lotfi al-Arabi El Gherissi, 52, recounted being severely beaten with batons, threatened with an electric chair, subjected to various forms of water torture, and being chained by his arms to the ceiling of his cell for a long period.
The United States repatriated El Gherissi to Tunisia on June 15, 2015, after 13 years in custody without charges or trial. He was not provided compensation or support for his wrongful detention or the torture he endured, nor was he provided help to cope with the physical and mental harm incurred. Today he is destitute, unable to work, and experiencing the consequences of serious physical and emotional trauma he believes is a direct result of his treatment in US custody.
