'Hamilton' creator-star made brief cameo during Yankovic's Kinks parody at Radio City Music Hall concert

'Hamilton' star Lin-Manuel Miranda joined "Weird Al" Yankovic onstage at Radio City Music Hall to sing during Kinks parody "Yoda."

Lin-Manuel Miranda achieved his second-greatest life moment on Saturday, joining hero "Weird Al" Yankovic onstage at New York's Radio City Music Hall to sing the hook from Yankovic's Kinks parody "Yoda." A fan-shot clip shows the Hamilton creator-star rushing onstage during the chorus breakdown. "OK, you sing it," Yankovic tells the crowd. "OK, now just Lin-Manuel." (Miranda's cameo appears at the 2:45 mark of the video.)

"In 9th grade I sat in an upper box of the Beacon with [Alex Sarlin] & Emily Pinkowitz & we screamed 'Yoda!!' It was [Yankovic's] encore," Miranda excitedly tweeted after the team-up. "We truly believed our screams made Yoda happen," he followed, posting a selfie with the parody master. "It was, at that point, the best moment of my life. Today was a VERY close second."

Miranda wasn't the only celebrity in attendance at Radio City Music Hall. As Entertainment Weekly reports, Yankovic tweeted a backstage photo that also featured Michael Ian Black, Tina Fey, Saturday Night Live alum Taran Killam and "Weekend Update" writer Alex Baze.
