Dogs win Golden Point thriller

Green: Still Confusion Over Obstruction
NORTH Queensland's Paul Green says there is still uncertainty about rulings on obstruction.
Asked after his side's 32-16 win about as disallowed Parramatta try, Green said: :"Am I happy with the way they're ruling on obstructions? I think we're all a bit unsure of what they're going to come up with.
"Don't ask me about obstruction. I wouldn't have a clue."
Parramatta were upset Corey Norman was sent to the sin bin at a crucial stage.
"I didn't hear the ref's version of it but the question is: if it was a professional foul to stop him scoring, why wasn't it awarded a try/
"I'm sure they've got their reasons so we'll clarify that during the week."
Arthur: Sin Bin Robbed Everyone
PARRAMATTA coach Brad Arthur says the sin bin dismissal of Corey Norman robbed everyone of a good game.
The Eels were fuming that Norman got 10 in the bin for interfering with Michael Morgan as he chased a kick. Parr led at the time and ended up losing 32-16.
"It's disappointing, that with 14, 15 minutes to go, we couldn't seen two good teams fight it out see who could get on top at the end," said Arthur.
"I think everyone's been robbed of a good game of football.
"I just need to ask (referees' coach Tony Archer) what the ruling is and if it's going to happen continually.
"I thought he was trying to compete for the ball. I haven't had a real good look at it. I've only seen what replays were available and there weren't many of them tonight.
"But definitely a turning point in the game. I think we were up 16-14 at the time. I haven't seen many of them go to the bin this year."
Captain Kieran Foran added: ""It's a massive call at that stage of the game to send a key player off for 10 minutes."

PARRAMATTA scored 16 unanswered points in the second half but still weren't up to beating premiers North Queensland.
The turning point came when Eels five-eighth Corey Norman interfered with rival Michael Morgan as he attempted to score a try from a kick and was sent to the sin bin for a professional foul.

Morgan starts the movement and then chases a kick at the end of it to claim the ball just short of the dead ball line to ice the North Queensland win. The Bunker says yes. Thurston's kick says no. North Queensland 32-16

Five-eighth Michael Morgan slices through from a scrum against the 12-man Eels and it looks like the rebellion has been quelled by the premiers. Just too good. Thurston converts. North Queensland 28-16

Thurston puts winger Antonion Winterstein one-on-one with Clint Gutherson and the Cowboy does the rest, stepping inside his rival for what could be the match winner. Thurston converts. North Queensland 22-16

MIchael Morgan chases a kick but is interfered with by defender Corey Norman off the ball. It's no try but he's in the sin bin for a professional foul. Norman is incredulous. "The reason it's not a penalty try is because there's blokes around the ball who could have got to it," says referee Gerard Sutton. Johnathan Thurston takes this kick. It's there. 16-16
