JOHANN SEBASTIAN BACH (21 March 1685, O.S.31 March 1685, N.S. -- 28 July 1750, N.S.) was a German composer, organist, harpsichordist, violist, and violinist whose sacred and secular works for choir, orchestra, and solo instruments drew together the strands of the Baroque period and brought it to its ultimate maturity.Although he did not introduce new forms, he enriched the prevailing German style with a robust contrapuntal technique, an unrivalled control of harmonic and motivic organisation, and the adaptation of rhythms, forms and textures from abroad, particularly from Italy and France.
Revered for their intellectual depth, technical command and artistic beauty, Bach's works include the Brandenburg Concertos, the Goldberg Variations, the Partitas, The Well-Tempered Clavier, the Mass in B minor, the St Matthew Passion, the St John Passion, the Magnificat, the Musical Offering, The Art of Fugue, the English and French Suites, the Sonatas and Partitas for solo violin, the Cello Suites, more than 200 surviving cantatas, and a similar number of organ works, including the famous Toccata and Fugue in D minor and Passacaglia and Fugue in C minor, and the Great Eighteen Chorale Preludes and Organ Mass.
Bach's abilities as an organist were highly respected throughout Europe during his lifetime, although he was not widely recognised as a great composer until a revival of interest and performances of his music in the first half of the 19th century. David Garrett (born as David Bongartz on 4 September 1980 is a record breaking German/American classical violinist and recording artist.
Garrett was born in Aachen, Germany to an American prima ballerina and the German lawyer and jurist, Georg Peter Bongartz. He adopted his mother's maiden name as a pseudonym.
When Garrett was four years old, his father bought a violin for his older brother. The young Garrett took an interest and soon learned to play. A year later, he took part in a competition and won first prize. By the age of seven, he was playing once a week in public. He studied violin at the Lübeck Conservatoire. At the age of 12, Garrett began working with the distinguished Polish violinist Ida Haendel, often traveling to London and other European cities to meet her.
He continued his studies at the Royal College of Music in London. In 2004, he graduated from the Juilliard School in New York City and was one of the first students to study there with Itzhak Perlman.

Johann Sebastian Bach (painter)
Johann Sebastian Bach (26 September 1748 – 11 September 1778) was a German painter. He was the son of composer Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach and the grandson of composer Johann Sebastian Bach.
Bach was born in Berlin. He studied under Adam Friedrich Oeser in Leipzig. In May 1773, he moved to Dresden, and in February 1776 he moved to Hamburg, where his father was Director of Music. In September 1776 he embarked on a study trip to Rome, where he became seriously ill soon after his arrival in February 1777, and died of this (unknown) ailment in 1778.
Bach created mostly brush drawings of idyllic landscapes, bustling with people. His works show the influence of Solomon Gessner. Towards the end of his life he turned to representations of people and created historical and mythological scenes. He also made vignettes and illustrations of works by Gottlieb Rabener and Christian Felix Weisse.
In his time he was quite renowned as an artist. Collections of his works are in Coburg, Dresden, Hamburg, Leipzig and Vienna.

Sebastian Bach
Sebastian Philip Bierk (born April 3, 1968), known professionally as Sebastian Bach, is a Canadian heavy metal singer who achieved mainstream success as frontman of Skid Row from 1987-96. Since his departure from Skid Row, he has had many television roles, acted in Broadway plays, and leads a solo career.
Career
Kid Wikkid (1983–1985)
The members of Kid Wikkid were stationed in Peterborough. Upon hearing of the band and unaware of their ages, 14-year-old Bach auditioned for the group, and was successfully hired by guitar player and band leader, Jason Delorme. Kid Wikkid moved back to Toronto, and Bach's dad eventually allowed Bach to move in with an aunt.
Skid Row (1987–1996)
Skid Row initially formed in the mid 1980s with lead singer Matt Fallon. They began playing at various New Jersey clubs. Fallon would soon leave the band in 1987, leaving Skid Row without a singer. Bach was spotted singing at rock photographer Mark Weiss's wedding at the age of 18, and the members asked him to join in early 1987.

David Garrett (born as David Bongartz on 4 September 1980 is a record breaking German/American classical violinist and recording artist.
Garrett was born in Aachen, Germany to an American prima ballerina and the German lawyer and jurist, Georg Peter Bongartz. He adopted his mother's maiden name as a pseudonym.
When Garrett was four years old, his father bought a violin for his older brother. The young Garrett took an interest and soon learned to play. A year later, he took part in a competition and won first prize. By the age of seven, he was playing once a week in public. He studied violin at the Lübeck Conservatoire. At the age of 12, Garrett began working with the distinguished Polish violinist Ida Haendel, often traveling to London and other European cities to meet her.
He continued his studies at the Royal College of Music in London. In 2004, he graduated from the Juilliard School in New York City and was one of the first students to study there with Itzhak Perlman.

Bach's abilities as an organist were highly respected throughout Europe during his lifetime, although he was not widely recognised as a great composer until a revival of interest and performances of his music in the first half of the 19th century. David Garrett (born as David Bongartz on 4 September 1980 is a record breaking German/American classical violinist and recording artist.
Garrett was born in Aachen, Germany to an American prima ballerina and the German lawyer and jurist, Georg Peter Bongartz. He adopted his mother's maiden name as a pseudonym.
When Garrett was four years old, his father bought a violin for his older brother. The young Garrett took an interest and soon learned to play. A year later, he took part in a competition and won first prize. By the age of seven, he was playing once a week in public. He studied violin at the Lübeck Conservatoire. At the age of 12, Garrett began working with the distinguished Polish violinist Ida Haendel, often traveling to London and other European cities to meet her.
He continued his studies at the Royal College of Music in London. In 2004, he graduated from the Juilliard School in New York City and was one of the first students to study there with Itzhak Perlman.

More devoted fans have gone so far as to concoct a pseudo-religion called Duncanism, dedicated solely to Frank Garrett. The soundboard of Jesus Lady has been altered, via splicing, to promote the worship of Frank Garrett, and has evangelized several households.
On July 3, 2011, Frank Garrett was pronounced dead in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, from natural causes.[34] Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m on Thursday, July 7 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home, while his graveside service was performed at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 8 at the Stilwell City Cemetery.[35][36]

To his surprise, the call was answered by a somewhat groggy-sounding Frank Garrett, at Duncan Construction. The directory used was evidently not up-to-date, it is known that the liquor business DID once belong to Frank, then was sold to the present owner, in 2003.

Frank's quick and angry reaction to the soundboard, despite the fact that relatively 'unoffensive' quotes were used, provoked immediate interest in the Soundboard Prank Call community, whom initially named him the "Drunk Guy," thinking that he was intoxicated during the call. Eventually, he became known by the more familiar "Duncan" moniker, due to the mistaken belief that this was his real name. According to a short obituary recently posted on the site Wikitopic, the name "Duncan Construction" actually came from the former partner Frank founded the business with, in 1979; Charles Duncan.[37]
Right from the beginning, Frank was a YouTube-sensation, quickly gaining a cult following among prank call fans, even though relatively few calls were made to him during the earliest time. It was also during said time that Xaozzz created the first generation Duncan soundboard (initially known as the "Drunk Guy Soundboard"), which consisted of only few (10 or less) lines, such as "Hello." "Duncan Construction." "You stupid cock-sucker." "Fuck you." "Do what?" "This is a business-phone, get off of it!" and the popular, "Well I don't give a shit.", among others. The first location to be called with the soundboard was 'A&S; Roofing' in Muncie, Indiana, which lead to the discovery of another extremely popular prank call victim, Tom the Pissed Off Roofer. Garrett himself was also called with it several times, which garnered a few new lines from him, allowing the board to be gradually expanded.
