"Hitler's Henchmen" offers in-depth personal and political profiles of six men who became architects of the destruction of Europe. Portraits of the men who carried out Hitler's plans: ZDF's sequel about the men who consolidated Hitler's reign and turned his plans into action. They wove the complicities and plots without which Hitler could have never perpetrated the crime of the century. They helped to sway the judges and the bureaucrats, the armed forces and the police, the scientists and the industrialists, the students and their teachers to the regime's ways of thinking. What kind of people were they? What inspired them to serve a corrupt administration with such enthusiasm and devotion? How did their careers unfold and their fates end? The series answers these and other questions by examining six of Hitler's cohorts. The portraits of these aides-de-camp provide viewers with a revealing psychogram of "Hitler's willing executors." The films present for the first time newly discovered film clips and sound recordings from international archives. Recent revelations provided by historical research and interviews with former coworkers, relatives, and victims are also shown.

Hess Corporation
The Hess Corporation (formerly Amerada Hess) is an American integrated oil company headquartered in New York City, and a Fortune 100 corporation. The company explores, produces, transports, and refines crude oil and natural gas. Refined petroleum products, as well as natural gas and electricity, are marketed to customers throughout the East Coast of the United States. FranCXenbike - Hybrid to CX/road/gravel bike conversion (1999 Trek 7500 FX)
I converted my 1999 Trek 7500 FX hybrid into a (heavy) CX bike. I installed road handlebars and Shimano Claris 3x8 brifters (road bike shifter/brake combo). I left the rear derailleur as-is and have no problem utilizing all gears on the rear cassette. My old front derailleur was in bad shape, so I installed a Shimano Claris 3-speed front road derailleur. Unfortunately, this derailleur expects cables threaded from the BOTTOM, but my bike's derailleur cables are on the TOP tube. So I had to install a Problem Solvers pulley, which reverses cable direction. Unfortunately -- and as others have noted -- I'm only able to use the biggest two rings. The front derailleur just doesn't seem to have enough travel. I kept stock brakes but had to install Problem Solvers Travel Agents to increase ...

I converted my 1999 Trek 7500 FX hybrid into a (heavy) CX bike. I installed road handlebars and Shimano Claris 3x8 brifters (road bike shifter/brake combo). I left the rear derailleur as-is and have no problem utilizing all gears on the rear cassette. My old front derailleur was in bad shape, so I installed a Shimano Claris 3-speed front road derailleur. Unfortunately, this derailleur expects cables threaded from the BOTTOM, but my bike's derailleur cables are on the TOP tube. So I had to install a Problem Solvers pulley, which reverses cable direction. Unfortunately -- and as others have noted -- I'm only able to use the biggest two rings. The front derailleur just doesn't seem to have enough travel. I kept stock brakes but had to install Problem Solvers Travel Agents to increase the amount of travel - the brifters don't pull the brake cable far enough. After installing some used Continental Cyclo-X King (35 mm) CX tires, I am off and running.
You may need to experiment with stem length. I'm very tall, so with a 110 mm stem, I enjoy the long reach. But most riders will need a shorter stem, as the road bars will give you more reach. On my road bike, I flip the stem down to get more aero -- on this bike, I flip the stem up.

While in Dubai a few weeks ago I was asked by Microsoft to create a timelapse piece on their new Surface Book so they gave me one (the only one in the country at the time!) to work with. Being a long time Apple user I was actually already very intrigued by the device before they got in touch with me. It was a total no brainer to get involved in this project and I'm so happy with how everything went. I'm still super excited to use the Book and will keep working with it.
