Jahn, der politisch auch als stellvertretender Sprecher der CSU-Basisbewegung „Konservativer Aufbruch!“ tätig ist, beklagt nicht nur den rechtswidrigen Eingriff in die Freiheitsrechte, sondern auch die einseitige Ausrichtung des Staatsfunks.
Dieser sei weniger auf Information der Bürger, als vielmehr auf Agitation und Erziehung der Beitragszahler aus. Dass die auf diese Weise Zwangsbeglückten faktisch über keinerlei Einflussmöglichkeiten auf den von ihnen finanzierten Staatsfunk verfügten, sei einer der Gründe, warum die GEZ-Gebühr gegen EU-Recht verstoße.
Zwar erlitt Jahn vor dem Verwaltungsgericht in Augsburg zunächst eine Niederlage, doch ist der Jurist aus Kaufbeuren ohnehin entschlossen, bis zum Europäischen Gerichtshof (EUGH) oder zum Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte zu ziehen – falls sich hierzu die juristische Möglichkeit ergibt.

Fali Nariman, "the liberal lion of the bar" as he is called by most of his well-wishers, says he is worried about freedom in India today. People are not free from fear, its gnawing on them, so feels Mr Nariman. He talks about the sedition law and the how the problem of sedition comes from fear. He is a Nehruvian and he believes that Nehru's "Discovery of India" made us proud. He also feels that criminal defamation should be abolished and civil defamation law made stronger. Mr Nariman dislikes hate speech as it pulls down the atmosphere of progress. "Must preserve what our constitution has given us" is how Mr Nariman concludes this very candid interview.

A jurist or jurisconsult is a professional who studies, develops, applies, or otherwise deals with the law. The term is widely used in American English, but in the United Kingdom and many Commonwealth countries it has only historical and specialist usage. In most of Continental Europe any person who possesses a degree in law and works professionally with the law is referred to with a word resembling jurist (e.g., Jurist, juriste, jurista, juristi, jurists etc.).
There is no alternative word for "jurist" in English-speaking countries outside the U.S. and Canada. Members of the general public are largely unaware of the term and are likely to confuse it with "juror".[citation needed] Although the word "jurist" can technically be applied to anyone having a thorough knowledge of law, American and Canadian lawyers usually use the word only to refer to a judge. The term "legal professional" may be used for convenience. Within the legal community usage of "jurist" is usually restricted to eminent judges or academics. Apart from this people working in law are usually described as "lawyers" or solicitors if they are practicing law, or as belonging to a more specific branch of the legal profession, such as barrister or advocate, judge or law professor. Less qualified professionals may be referred to as paralegals or legal executives.

Jahn, der politisch auch als stellvertretender Sprecher der CSU-Basisbewegung „Konservativer Aufbruch!“ tätig ist, beklagt nicht nur den rechtswidrigen Eingriff in die Freiheitsrechte, sondern auch die einseitige Ausrichtung des Staatsfunks.
Dieser sei weniger auf Information der Bürger, als vielmehr auf Agitation und Erziehung der Beitragszahler aus. Dass die auf diese Weise Zwangsbeglückten faktisch über keinerlei Einflussmöglichkeiten auf den von ihnen finanzierten Staatsfunk verfügten, sei einer der Gründe, warum die GEZ-Gebühr gegen EU-Recht verstoße.
Zwar erlitt Jahn vor dem Verwaltungsgericht in Augsburg zunächst eine Niederlage, doch ist der Jurist aus Kaufbeuren ohnehin entschlossen, bis zum Europäischen Gerichtshof (EUGH) oder zum Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte zu ziehen – falls sich hierzu die juristische Möglichkeit ergibt.
