FORZA LUCHA: Soccer, beer, lucha libre wrestling and charity come together this Saturday at Forza Lucha 4 at the Rio Lounge in Newark. This annual charity lucha libre show will take place before Saturday's Red Bulls/Montreal Impact soccer game at the Red Bull Arena in nearby Harrison. All proceeds for this show go directly to the AIDS Resource Foundation for Children in Newark. This is an all-ages show, but there is a bar for those 21 and older. The event will feature masked wrestlers from the CHIKARA promotion such as Amasis, Frightmare, and Silver Ant as well as independent wrestlers like Chuck Taylor, Matt MacIntosh, and Orange Cassidy. $10. MARCO BENEVENTO JAMS ON THE SAND: The eclectic and wildly innovative singer and pianist Marco Benevento, a staple in the jam scene, returns to Asbury Park as a part of "Jams on the Sound." The Thursday night concert series features live funk, soul, jazz, jam, and rock bands performing on The North Beach side of Convention Hall. This beachfront concert space is part of The Anchor's Bend restaurant. If inclement weather should occur, the show will move off the beach and to the covered, outdoor section of Anchor's Bend. MONTCLAIR JAZZ FESTIVAL: Enjoy a Saturday afternoon of free jazz as the seventh annual Montclair Jazz Festival comes to Nishuane Park. The nine-hour event features jazz musicians as young as nine years old, and as notable as Jersey jazz master Christian McBride. Other performers include: The Dee Dee Bridgewater Quintet, George Coleman Organ Quartet, Louis Prima Jr., and The Jazz House Faculty Collective. The event will be hosted by "Law and Order" alum S. Epatha Merkerson, and WBGO Jazz 88.3's Gary Walker. There will be food available at the festival, and vendors will be selling goods throughout the duration. Free. HOLLYSTOCK MUSIC AND ARTS FESTIVAL: If you think town festivals don't rock, then you should probably head to Mount Holly on Saturday for the annual Hollystock Music and Arts Festival. This free, two-day festival features a sea of local rock bands like Kid Felix, Midnight Mob, Stonebaby, and The Fleshtones performing at Iron Works Park. The event will be hosted by Philly-based rock station WMMR. Station DJ's Jacky Bam Bam and Brent Porche will host the festival and the station's street team will be doing giveaways. 16th ANNUAL WATERSHED BUTTERFLY FESTIVAL: This is a festival for amateur photographers, nature lovers, and those looking for a beautifully serene summer festival. The 16th annual Watershed Butterfly Festival celebrates nature's beautiful winged insects, and this year it will focus on the newly minted "state butterfly" the Black Swallowtail. Visitors can check out the Kate Gorrie Butterfly house which houses a slew of butterfly species. There's also stilt walkers, games, demonstrations, exhibits, a Dunkin Donuts cruiser (giving out free iced coffee samples), nature walks, hay rides, and an insect and butterfly parade. $8-$40. WOODBRIDGE FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL: The Woodbridge Mall will host the three-day Woodbridge Food Truck Festival in its parking lot Friday through Sunday. The line-up of trucks is pretty formidable so far and it includes: Miller's Ale House, The Dude's Mobile Foods, Tacoholics, Chilangos, NY Smoke Exchange, Cheech a Cini's, Culinary Renegade, Glazed n' Confused, and more. Diners 21 and over can head over to the beer and wine garden to wash their food down. Kids can enjoy rides designed just for them, and there will be live entertainment throughout the festival. $5.
