Shiva Tandava Stotram is a stotra, hymn of praise in the Hindu tradition that describes Shiva's power and beauty. It was sung by the son of Rishi Vishrawas (aka Vishrava), Ravana. Both the ninth and tenth quatrains of this hymn conclude with lists of Shiva's epithets as destroyer, even the destroyer of death itself. Alliteration and onomatopoeia create roiling waves of resounding beauty in this example of Hindu devotional poetry.
In the final quatrain of the poem, after tiring of rampaging across the Earth, Ravana asks, "When will I be happy?" Lord Shiva has many hymns and chants to his name. In fact one of the most famous hymns that is chanted to evoke Lord Shiva is the Lord Shiva Sahasranama Stotra. The Sahasranama is a devotional hymn, also known as stotra's in Sanskrit, which lists the many names of the deity who is being invoked, in this case it is meant to invoke Lord Shiva, hence the name Lord Shiva Sahasranama a list of a thousand names of Lord Shiva
The Sahasranama Stotra is a very unique hymn. This stotra has appeared over and over in many different variations in various different sacred ancient texts of the Hindus. The fact that this hymn can be found in so many different texts covering a vast period of time only lends to the idea that Lord Shiva is and has always been a very popular deity.
In the Mahabharata, the version of the Lord Shiva Sahasranama Stotra that appears in Book 13 is said to be the main hymn that is used by Shaivites and those who follow the Hindu traditions and rituals. In this version, it is Lord Krishna who recites the 1008 names of Lord Shiva to Yudhisthira. The chapter begins with Yudhisthira asking Bhishma about the thousand names of Lord Shiva when Bhishma proclaims his ignorance, it is Krishna who recites the names.

This video is dedicated to lotus feet of Lord Shiva. Lord Shiva has many hymns and chants to his name. In fact one of the most famous hymns that is chanted to evoke Lord Shiva is the Lord Shiva Sahasranama Stotra. The Sahasranama is a devotional hymn, also known as stotra's in Sanskrit, which lists the many names of the deity who is being invoked, in this case it is meant to invoke Lord Shiva, hence the name Lord Shiva Sahasranama a list of a thousand names of Lord Shiva The Sahasranama Stotra is a very unique hymn. This stotra has appeared over and over in many different variations in various different sacred ancient texts of the Hindus. The fact that this hymn can be found in so many different texts covering a vast period of time only lends to the idea that Lord Shiva is and has always been a very popular deity. In the Mahabharata, the version of the Lord Shiva Sahasranama Stotra that appears in Book 13 is said to be the main hymn that is used by Shaivites and those who follow the Hindu traditions and rituals. In this version, it is Lord Krishna who recites the 1008 names of Lord Shiva to Yudhisthira. The chapter begins with Yudhisthira asking Bhishma about the thousand names of Lord Shiva when Bhishma proclaims his ignorance, it is Krishna who recites the names. -

Shiva Tandava Stotram is a stotra, hymn of praise in the Hindu tradition that describes Shiva's power and beauty. It was sung by the son of Rishi Vishrawas (aka Vishrava), Ravana. Both the ninth and tenth quatrains of this hymn conclude with lists of Shiva's epithets as destroyer, even the destroyer of death itself. Alliteration and onomatopoeia create roiling waves of resounding beauty in this example of Hindu devotional poetry.
In the final quatrain of the poem, after tiring of rampaging across the Earth, Ravana asks, "When will I be happy?" Lord Shiva has many hymns and chants to his name. In fact one of the most famous hymns that is chanted to evoke Lord Shiva is the Lord Shiva Sahasranama Stotra. The Sahasranama is a devotional hymn, also known as stotra's in Sanskrit, which lists the many names of the deity who is being invoked, in this case it is meant to invoke Lord Shiva, hence the name Lord Shiva Sahasranama a list of a thousand names of Lord Shiva
The Sahasranama Stotra is a very unique hymn. This stotra has appeared over and over in many different variations in various different sacred ancient texts of the Hindus. The fact that this hymn can be found in so many different texts covering a vast period of time only lends to the idea that Lord Shiva is and has always been a very popular deity.
In the Mahabharata, the version of the Lord Shiva Sahasranama Stotra that appears in Book 13 is said to be the main hymn that is used by Shaivites and those who follow the Hindu traditions and rituals. In this version, it is Lord Krishna who recites the 1008 names of Lord Shiva to Yudhisthira. The chapter begins with Yudhisthira asking Bhishma about the thousand names of Lord Shiva when Bhishma proclaims his ignorance, it is Krishna who recites the names.

இவரை வழிபடும் வழக்கம் வரலாற்றுக்கு முற்பட்டதெனவும், சிந்து மொகெஞ்சதாரோ நாகரிகங்களில் இவரை வழிபாடு செய்தமைக்கான அடையளங்கள் இருப்பதாகவும் தெரிகிறது. மேலும் தமிழர்களின் ஐந்தினை தெய்வங்களுள் ஒன்றாக இருந்த சேயோன் வழிபாடே சிவ வழிபாடாக மாறியது என்று கூறப்படுகிறது.

Story :
Siddharth (Vikram) takes birth in a crematorium and her mother dies immediately after his birth. Siddardha is raised by the crematorium's undertaker. After the death of the undertaker, Siddhartha becomes orphan. He does not know anybody in the village and he was never been out of crematorium earlier. He visits village in search of food. The village people detest his presence and try to stone him away from the village. Kamala (Sangeeta) - a ganja seller by trade - rescues him and requests a mafia leader Rayudu (Ramaraju) to recruit Siddardha. Siddardha works for Rayudu in his ganja farms. One fine day, police nab Siddardha on the charges of peddling ganja from jungles to village.
Satya (Surya) is a village smart trickster who is put in jail for his misdeeds. Siddardha who never socialized with people and never observed the customs of the village had a tough time coping up with the challenges thrown by the new environment. Siddardha and Satya become close to each other in the jail. Satya gets released and then arranges a bail for Siddardha. Satya, Siddardha and Kamala start living together along with their friends.
Rayudu asks Siddardha to cremate a dead body and Siddardha does it. The interrogation by police leads the suspicion towards Siddardha. Satya then reveals the details of ganja trade of Rayudu. Rayudu kills Satya in an act of retaliation. The rest of the film is all about how Siddardha takes revenge.

Dibrugarh ... Jitul, who was on the way to his uncle's home on a motorcycle, had offered lift to Siva Mala (20), son of tea worker Biren Mala from Mahabir tea estate. After travelling over 200m, Siva, who was in an inebriated state, allegedly forced Jitul to stop the motorcycle. After getting down, Siva tried to extort money that the later refused to give and it led to a strife between the two ... The news soon spread in the tea garden area ... ....
